LOLLI Travel would like to offer a special opportunity for ladies to earn a free or reduced rate on the “Land Only” portion of the tour of their choosing from any of our offered itineraries. 

This referral program has been designed for Seitz Travel LLC doing business as Lolli Travel and will be referred to as Lolli Travel from here on out.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

​1. To participate in this program, you must register for the Lolli Travel referral program at the time of booking.  There is a non-refundable Lolli Travel referral program registration fee of $250 per tour.  You must book your own tour and pay your deposit which is 10% of your tour cost at the time of booking.

​2.  If you would like to participate in the Lolli Travel referral program, you must register at the time of booking.  Once you have booked your tour, you may not go back and register for the referral program.

​3.  Participants in this program will earn 10% of a Land Only portion of the referral’s booked tour(s).  

4.  You will be given a referral code to give to your friends and family who are interested in taking a Lolli Travel tour.  Your referral will use this code when booking their tour.  If a referral fails to use the code at the time of booking, you do not get credit for that referral.

5.  A referral is someone who books one of Lolli Travel’s ladies only tours and provides your referral code at the time of booking.  Please make sure you give anyone you are referring to a tour your referral code and see to it that they provide that code at booking.  If your referral does not provide your referral code, they will not count towards any credits to your tour as a referral.

6.  Your credit card will be refunded for your referral earnings 30 days after your trip ends.  The amount of your refund will depend on the number of referrals you had and what their tour costs (10% of the tour cost of each referral who paid 100% of their tour).  Therefore, this means that you will have paid your tour in full before your tour date.

​7.  Participants have until 60 days before tour departure to get their referrals in.  These referrals must all pay their tour in full 60 days before departure for you to get credit for their tour. 

​8. Participants cannot change their tour choices once their deposit is made.

​9.  Your referral can go on another tour, but must be paid in full 2 weeks before your tour begins for you to get credit for it.  You will earn 10% of the Land Only cost of the tour they choose.

​10.  There is a 28-guest limit per tour.  Once the tour reaches 28 guests, no more referrals will be accepted for that tour.  If the interest is overwhelming, we will consider making two tour dates to accommodate everyone. There is an exception on the Northern Lights trip to Tromso, Norway.  The Tromso, Norway tour has a max of 12 guests as many excursions provided are for small groups.

​11.  All payments are non-refundable. Please protect your investment and purchase travel insurance.

​12.  ONLY participants in this referral program will get 10% of their tour discounted for their roommate in a double occupancy booking. 

​13. It is allowed to have you and your roommate participate in the referral program as long as you both register for the referral program at the time of your own personal booking.  However, only one of you will get 10% off your roommate and that will go to the first person to book the tour.

14.  Nothing in this referral program will create any partnership, employment, representative, agency, or joint venture relationship between the parties. No one participating in the referral program has the authority to act on Lolli Travel's behalf.

15.  These Terms and Conditions (the "Referral Program") govern the Referral Program that is made available by LolliTravel.com which is a subsidiary of Seitz Travel, LLC. ("lollitravel.com", “Seitz Travel, LLC” "we" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between lollitravel.com and the individual or entity who participates in the referral program.

Please read this agreement careful as it represents a legally binding agreement between you and lollitravel.com. By checking the box that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the referral program, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this referral program.

16.  LolliTravel.com hereby grants the referral program participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the LolliTravel.com logos for the sole purpose of promoting our service within the context of the Affiliate Program. This license will expire upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program.

The referral program participant may only display advertisements that contain LolliTravel.com's logos or service marks in good taste. The participant may not use LolliTravel's logos or service marks in a manner that, in LolliTravel.com's sole discretion, portrays LolliTravel.com in negative light.

The referral program participant will be solely responsible for its own marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws.

LolliTravel.com may, without prior notice, require the referral program participant to remove or modify any advertisements in LolliTravel.com’s sole discretion.

17.  The referral program participant warrants and represents that it is over the age of 19 and is qualified to enter into this Referral Program.
