Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before June, 2026.

You are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers if you are not meeting us in Houston and flying to Basel as a group. The hotel is approximately 35 - 40 minute drive from the hotel. It is possible to take a train from the airport to the hotel. Cynthia can help you to book your flights if you need her to help. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Basel, Switzerland (EAP is the Airport Code) on December 7, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on December 6, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight from Basel, Switzerland for December 13, 2025. Please let Cynthia know if you have any questions.
